Development Roadmap

Where we are and where we're heading

This roadmap is deliberately kept broad. Timelines shift as testing reveals new priorities. Follow the Dev Log for granular status updates.

Near-term milestones

  1. Milestone 1: Core Systems Lock-In

    Stabilize the dedicated server, launcher authentication flow, and SQLite persistence layer. Validate that login, progression, and combat loops work end-to-end.

  2. Milestone 2: Closed Testing Wave

    Invite a limited group of players to validate stability, onboarding, and combat pacing. Collect feedback on class feel, itemization, and world navigation.

    Add new classes and mastery trees, expand zones, increase enemy variety, and deepen the item affix and rarity pool (common through godly).
